Mr. Koren is ex Israeli G.S.S (General Security Services). He has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Koren started his career as a GR aviation security officer and a shooting & combat instructor, training hundreds of Israeli security forces cadets.
He was later selected to set up and run the operational and technological affairs of the G.S.S within the Palestinian territory.
Immediately after the assassination of Prime Minister Rabin, Mr. Koren was called to assist in rebuilding the Dignitaries' Protection Unit and was appointed senior commander.
Following his retirement in 2002, he was called again, this time by a private security corporation, to found and run a Dignitaries' protection division which was trusted with the protection of Israeli Ministers, senior delegations maritime security and large scale projects.
Shlomo Koren has a B.A in Social Science and, has extensive executive experience and budgeting and pricing background. He is an expert in large scale security projects, operations, personnel recruitment and training, technological developments and logistics.

Veteran of an I.D.F elite-force and former G.S.S Dignitaries Protection Unit personnel, Mr. Cohen has commanded and conducted delicate and complex operations in the maritime, dignitaries and delegation security. He has a finance degree and being financially orientated, he excels in budgeting and running high level security systems, initiating security orientated business projects and additional enterprises in Israel as well as overseas.
Shai Cohen is trusted with the group's worldwide complex tasks . He is also its business director and financial manager.
